REVLON colorstay liquid eyepen

I am a chinita and i've been watching few tutorials on how to make my eyes look bigger. For the most part, eyeliner usually does the trick for them and so i needed to go and get an eyeliner that has tiny tip and i preferred the pen one just because i'm new to eyeliner i thought it would be easier if its a pen that those with the brush or some kind of gel eyeliner.

So i heard a lot of great reviews about the Revlon Colorstay eye pencil which made me think that their liquid eye pen will work just as great, if not better.

Sadly, i am very disappointed with this product. the pigmentation is so poor, it does smudge, it does flake. I had to erase the whole thing if something goes wrong because it would look messy if i would layer them. It is a waste of product considering that it was pretty expensive compared to other drugstore liquid eyeliner. I think i bought it at watsons around Php 600.00 i don't remember the exact amount. I gave it away and i forgot to make a swatch. I'm just not impressed at all! Grr...

TOO FACED SHADOW INSURANCE

This eyeshadow primer is a must for me. i have a super oily eyelids and I'd never been able to put a decent eyeshadow without creasing in a couple of hours. After having decided to choose too faced over UDPP, there, i bought it at last and i never regret buying it. i love it! My eyeshadow stays put until evening. I've been using it religiously since may 2010 and i haven't even consumed 3/4 of the tube. it's great!

I also like the idea that it comes with a squeeze tube for sanitary purposes. And oh! this baby doesn't need depotting. :)

SEPHORA's make up eraser

okay this is a lifesaver! i am chinita who's always trying hard to put on a nice and clean liquid eyeliner. and I'd always allot at least 15minutes before i get it right. i always tend to mess it up by trying to make it clean and even. So i would have to start over again. With sephora make up eraser which i bought in Singapore, i am now able to fix it in no time. i'll just have to erase my mess here and there then that's it! It's a make up remover in a felt tip pen. LOVE!

REVLON beyond natural concealer and highlighter

i got married last year and the preparations was sooooo overwheming since i was the one who coordinated everything. i really wanted our special day to be special and i wanted to be hands on to every single detail of our wedding. Most especially, i wanted to be at my prettiest in time of our wedding. i noticed that highlighters are nice in pictures. i did not have enough time so i went ahead and bought the first highlighter i saw which is REVLON's beyond natural concealer and highlighter. swatches ahead...

the highlighter was OK.. it gives definition into your brows when used at the brow bones. but the concealer just didn't match my skin tone and it wasn't blendable. Overall, I'd give this a 1.5 out of 5.
